Orders are fulfilled from the nearest facility to your shipping address for the fastest delivery. Delivery times begin after your order has been printed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Your order is automatically routed to the closest facility based on your shipping address for the fastest possible delivery.

Processing Time

Because every DTF transfer is printed on demand, please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order ships. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there are any unusual delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at dtf.market/track.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 US states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories), Canada, and the United Kingdom. European shipping is available for select countries through our London facility. More international destinations are coming soon.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reprint and reship your order at no extra cost.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
