Shipping Rates

Express shipping is available at checkout for $12.99 (plus $1.00 per additional transfer) and is not included in the free-shipping threshold. Delivery times begin after your order has been printed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Where Your Order Is Printed

Every order is printed on demand and shipped from our production facility:

All orders ship from this facility. We do not currently operate additional print locations, and we do not route orders to third-party facilities.

Processing Time

Because every DTF transfer is printed on demand, please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships. Including carrier transit, most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of purchase.

During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there are any unusual delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at dtf.market/track.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Checkout accepts US shipping addresses only — we do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reprint and reship your order at no extra cost.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
