What is DTF Printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film)is a modern printing method where your design is printed in full color onto a special film, coated with adhesive, and heat-pressed onto fabric. The result is a vibrant, photo-quality print that's soft to the touch and lasts 50+ washes — on any fabric color.
How a DTF Transfer Is Made
Printed on Film
Your design is printed in full color (including white ink) onto a special PET film using professional DTF printers.
Adhesive Powder Cured
A fine hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink, then cured in an oven — creating a ready-to-press transfer.
Heat Pressed onto Fabric
The transfer is placed on your garment and pressed at 280–300°F for 6–10 seconds. Instant peel — the adhesive bonds permanently to the fabric.
Peel & Done
Peel the film away and you're left with a vibrant, flexible, wash-resistant print. Soft feel — not thick or rubbery.
