Do DTF transfers work on polyester athletic wear?

Yes. DTF transfers adhere beautifully to polyester, dri-fit, and moisture-wicking fabrics. Use 285°F for 10 seconds on synthetic fabrics to avoid scorching.

How many washes will team jerseys last?

Our transfers are rated for 50+ washes when heat-pressed correctly. Turn jerseys inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low — the print will outlast most team seasons.

Can I order mid-season for new players?

Absolutely. No minimums means you can order one jersey for a mid-season addition and it will match the rest of the team perfectly.

What's better for team uniforms — DTF or screen printing?

DTF wins for teams under 50 units because there's no screen setup fee. You get full-color prints, individual customization, and the ability to reorder any quantity. Screen printing only becomes cheaper at 100+ identical units.
